Cancellation Policy

All itineraries are quoted based on the actual “real-time” availability and rate information we are receiving (from hotels, airlines, etc). Until your deposit is received, the rate and availability is not guaranteed. Once we confirm your reservation all rates are guaranteed. As we use several outside vendors, if any arrangements in your itinerary change after confirmation, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative. This is especially the case with advanced bookings – as often the airline may change flight times, routes, etc. with the change of tourist seasons. Here is the general guideline for our cancellation policy if your agent does not mention otherwise:

Up to two weeks before check-in date there will be no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 15 days of the check-in date we will charge a fee equal to 1 night accommodation. If you cancel within 1 week of your reservation we will charge the full amount of your hotel reservation. We cannot give any refund on “no shows” for hotel accommodations.

For cancellations up to one month before departure, we will charge a flight penalty of 10 Euros per ticket. From 1 week until 1 month before departure, we will charge a 30% cancellation fee. Within 1 week of departure, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee. We cannot give any refund on no-shows for flight tickets. Promotional fares offered by airlines are non-refundable, non-changeable. The above-stated policy applies only for Turkish Airline flights *For all other airlines, please contact us for their individual cancellation restrictions

For cancellations up to 7 days before tour, activity or transfer date there is no cancellation fee. For cancellations within 4 days of tour, activity or transfer date, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations within 48 hours of tour, activity or transfer date, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee. We cannot give any refund on no-shows for tours, activities or airport transfers. *For large groups, please refer to your agent for the cancellation policy and booking requirements

In order to claim the right to a refund or change the booking, the cancellation must be done according to the rules described in Cancellations. No refunds are authorized for any trip that has already commenced.

Cappadocia tour prices include pickup from and drop-off to a hotel in Göreme, Uçhisar, Ürgüp, Avanos, Nevşehir, Çavuşin or Ortahisar unless specified otherwise. Ephesus an Pamukkale tour prices include pickup from and dropoff to a hotel in Kuşadası or Selçuk. Istanbul tour prices include pickup from and drop-off to a hotel in Sultanahmet. Pickup from and drop-off to other locations is available at extra charge. Customers are required to be in the reception of their hotel at the appointed time, if they fail to be there they are still charged the cost of the tour and are not entitled to any refund. Customers are generally picked up within 15 minutes of the appointed time.
